WhiteStar added well records for 26,712 new wells in 36 oil and gas producing states.  The total count in the database is now approaching the four million mark at 3,906,805 well locations.  In addition, the database contains 4,269,809 individually reported formation top records.  These records can be mapped using a contouring program to produce regional mapps suitable for regional prospect identification.  WhiteStar has made it easy for users of GeoGraphix, Petra, SMT-Kingdom to download and map state reported top information.

In the first quarter, 2,474 new wells were added to our database for the state of Texas.   Did you know that by subscribing to our UWA (Unlimited Well Access) product, you can obtain the latest Texas well location data for less than it would cost you to update them from the State on a yearly basis?   The data are ready-to-run in the format you need, including GeoGraphix, Petra, SMT Kingdom.
